Cancellation, Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Capture Meditech Pvt Ltd, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the following terms carefully.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made immediately (within 24 hours) after receiving the order.

Orders that have already been communicated to vendors/merchants and are in the process of shipping cannot be canceled.

Capture Meditech Pvt Ltd may charge a cancellation or return fee as specified in the cancellation and returns FAQs, to facilitate the return shipping process.

In case of special orders, where Products are manufactured specifically for you, Capture Meditech Pvt Ltd may reject your return request at its own discretion. This is necessary as the particular Products may not find any buyers.

Returns & Replacements Policy:

Returns and replacements are accepted within 24 hours from the delivery of the Product.

The Product to be returned or replaced must be in resalable condition and contain the original packing material, manuals, and blank warranty cards.

Returned Products are subject to inspection. Credit will not be granted for items unsuitable for resale. In case of a return, the amount will be adjusted in the next order.

Any Product that is damaged in transit and is rejected by you without accepting delivery from the transporter is eligible for a 100% refund of the sale price of the Product.

Refund Policy:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt. The request will be processed after verification by the merchant.

If the product does not match the description on our website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt. We will assess your complaint and take the necessary action.

For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

If a refund is approved by Capture Meditech Pvt Ltd, the processing time for the refund will be between 16 to 30 days from the date of approval.
